Buck & New Dawg: Would the 'Boys take a do-over against the 'Skins?

Big Bill gets all indignant whenever someone leaves his team and tries to raid it. Of course, hell do the same, and as much as he can.

What is Vinny Testaverdes place in history (21 straight seasons with a touchdown pass and no Super Bowl appearances)?

NEW DAWG: Why dont we mention the fact that Testaverde has gone 21 straight seasons with a pick? Hes fourth all-time on the NFL list for interceptions thrown and second all-time for picks in a single season. Its amazing he played for Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick, each two different times, in his career and never played on one of their five combined Super Bowl teams.

BUCK: Ill remember Vinny Testaverde as a guy who had both bad luck and impeccable timing. (He came to a Cowboys team that had Quincy Carter at quarterback, didnt he?) Vinny was a Heisman Trophy winner/No.

See-through condos

Sales contracts fell through when buyers couldn't get affordable loans. Investors who had hoped to buy in and then resell at a profit pulled out of the market. Buyers who had to sell their current homes first were stuck when they couldn't sell. Others balked at paying prices that had seemed more reasonable during the run-up in home prices.

New condo sales in metropolitan Baltimore fell 37 percent in the first half of this year - the latest statistics available - while new townhouse sales fell 15 percent, according to Hanley Wood Market Intelligence. And in the third quarter, as the credit crunch hit the market, there were more contract cancellations than sales in the Baltimore metro market, according to an analysis by Delta Associates, which includes projects that are selling or under construction.

Public meetings begin in gigantic Texas toll road project

Once people really understand all that's going on, and what's at stake, it really does have massive, massive implications," she said.

The first phase of the TTC, envisioned as part of a superhighway stretching from Oklahoma to Mexico, was planned by the Cintra Zachry consortium. It's composed of Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte SA of Spain, one of the world's largest developers of toll roads, and Zachry Construction Co. of San Antonio.

Its legal representative is the firm of Bracewell & Giuliani, the home firm of GOP presidential candidate and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who counts Perry among his supporters.

The Spain-based company would get to operate the roads and collect tolls. State officials insist the land and road would continue to be owned by the state like any Texas road.

Honda Civic Hybrid

When most people think of hybrid automobiles, Toyota's quirky Prius is usually the first vehicle to come to mind. The mid-size hatchback continues to dominate the hybrid sales charts and remains Toyota's third best-selling car behind the Camry and Corolla/Matrix.

Many attribute the Prius' success to its unorthodox shape, its remarkable fuel economy, relatively inexpensive price for a mid-sized vehicle and Toyota's perceived bulletproof reliability. Honda, on the other hand, has sat on the sidelines with its failed Insight 2-passenger hybrid and Accord Hybrid. The company's only other hybrid, the Civic Hybrid, has fallen far behind Toyota's shining star in sales.

Whereas the Toyota Prius has managed to rack up sales of 167,009 units though the first 11 months of 2007 -- 16,737 of which were sold in November 2007 -- Honda only managed to sell 29,352 Civic Hybrids through November 2007.
